DDK’s Intensive Leadership Development and Spiritual Discipleship Program is a Kingdom focused mentorship, accountability and experiential learning system that shapes the spiritual discipline, leadership capacity and prophetic accuracy of saints and sons of God, so that we can be pruned for effectiveness, impact and longevity in God’ s Endtime Kingdom Assignment.
This is rigorous spiritual growth and leadership development experience that will prune you for productivity, impact and longevity.

Message from the Lead Discipler
Over the course of the last 26 years of following Jesus Christ as Saviour, Lord and Captain; I have been greatly blessed to experience the power of pure conviction in the pursuit of His will! This is because vision and conviction within me unlocked a spiritual realm of fire that consistently propels me to step into glorious things with and for the Lord.
Today, we are a generation in need of vision and conviction! We desperately need the Anointing of God’s Holy Spirit to produce in our hearts irrevocable persuasion regarding who we are and whose we are.
It has been an ongoing burden in my heart to raise, resource and release Kingdom Leaders for the Lord’s endtime agenda and move. These are a new breed of saints, sons and stewards who will amplify the Lord’s Mission, Message and Mandate in this hour! They wull stand as valiant vessels, voices and visionaries of God’s Kingdom Agenda across ministry, missions, marriage, marketplace and all realms of manifestations in the earth. This work, I have continued to humbly serve through Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, FIREBRAND Movement, as well as through our Revival Meetings, Teachings, Ministry School, Books and Courses.

Beloved, our work is truly cut out for us and this is why the Scriptures say woe to the one who is at ease in Zion!
For me, I have always known that Conviction is the cure for Complacence, because we cannot serve the Perfect Plans of Christ, until we become consumed by His Passions! (Amos 6:1, Ephesians 5:14; Isaiah 51:17; Isaiah 52:1; Isaiah 60:1; Malachi 4:2; Romans 13:11)
As you know, leadership is not first about a position, but a posture of conviction, courage and commitment. Indeed, if we are going to do anything of eternal significance for the Lord in this generation, we must allow the Lord to sharpen our capacity, as He places us within the context of surrender, sonship and service.
We are partnering with God, to set up a spiritual context that will drive a different degree of discipline and spiritual discipleship, helping you strengthen yourself in the calling that you have in Christ Jesus whilst growing in your leadership capacity and being propelled by the wind of the Spirit into exactly what God has for you this year/decade and in the days ahead.

Our ministry, Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, is the core framework for your service internships and leadership deployments, because whether called to ministry or not; you need a system of stewardship to unlock your divine greatness.
While this program is open to non-members of KGA, I believe you’d maximise our discipleship relationship by moving forward to become a Member of the Ministry.

Discipleship
Fufill the Lord’s burden by setting up a spiritual context of discipline and discipleship through which the Holy Spirit can disciple saints, and mature us in the things of eternal life.
Leadership
Expand the leadership capacity of God’s sons, especially founders, ministry gifts and visionaries, so they can return to their fields of assignments for effectiveness, impact and longevity.
Kingdom Advance
Accelerate the advancement of God’s Kingdom Agenda by equipping the forerunners of His holy mission and urgent business across ministry, missions, marketplace, marriage, motherhood.
Intercession Capital
Ramp up significant spiritual power and intercession capital across God’s strongest burdens for this dispensation, as we pray through the Holy Spirit’s help in targeted ways.

DDK’s Intensive Leadership Development and Spiritual Discipleship Program is a Kingdom focused mentorship, accountability and experiential learning system that shapes the spiritual discipline, leadership capacity and prophetic accuracy of saints and sons of God, so that we can be pruned for effectiveness, impact and longevity in God’ s Endtime Kingdom Assignment.
All sessions are fully online. However, there will be ACTIVATION Vigils that would occur in Lagos state. This will be a hybrid meeting.
You are expected to
- Diligently study all content dripped on the learning platform weekly
- Join early morning (WAT) prayer calls twice a week
- Submit all assignments
- Interact in Discipleship Cohorts and execute Evangelism tasks
- Fill your accountability tracker weekly
- Join the live mid-cycle IGNITION MasterClass with DDK and other review sessions
Your statement of intent should clearly identify the following;
- A description of your vision and purpose
- Plot your spiritual growth journey
- Identify leadership experience(s)
- The reason why you need to be enrolled into the program
ILDP 2024 is completely free. You don’t have to pay any amount for this.
After the 12-Week Intensive Program, you will continue to be part of a well-paced Year-Long Discipleship System including;

- 2025 Programs and Events at Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance
- Opportunity to join Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance as a Vision or Family Partner
Your Unequivocal Agreements
- You will submit to the Growth Process
- You will remain accountable
- You will prioritise your commitment and fulfill all requirements of engagement, completion, practicum and submission of assignments
- You could be advised to withdraw from the Program for inconsistent commitment
- You will sustain personal discipline in Prayers, Fasting, Scriptures and Evangelism
- You will prioritise your Spiritual Growth and Leadership Development
