Head, Young Kingdom Ambassadors
The Head of Young Kingdom Ambassadors is responsible for
- Creates a fun, engaging and down to earth Academy that teaches, equips, mentors and connects young teenagers (male and female), so that they are prepared for life and success
- Builds partnerships with teenage ministries/social ventures and secondary schools in achieving the bullet point above
- Works with the Adoption Model which involves searching out one Secondary School every year to work with and receiving relevant approval from the School and State Authorities to become their Development Partners
- Upon search and approval, sets up a Mentoring Club System within the School and visits at agreed intervals to enable our Partners provide mentorship, counsel, career advice and life skill insights to the teenagers consistently. The teenagers would also get a chance to work on a Project in Groups. We would end each Academic Year with a Celebration Party and Awards Giving
Head, Prayer Luncheon
The Head of Prayer Luncheon is responsible for
- Organizing, co-ordinating and hosting prophetic prayer meetings and conferences with the teaching of God’s Word, Faith Confessions and the Worship of our God
- Creating an environment for kingdom leaders to gather together to be taught how to live victoriously, to be strengthened, to have their Spirits refreshed, their hearts set ablaze and their souls restored
- In consultation with the Director and Deputy Director of Projects, hosts The Torch Gathering, Kingdom Leadership Convention, Heavenly Portals Meeting etc
- Works with Ministry Directorate to host campus outreaches
Lead Minister and Deputy Lead Minister, House of Praise
The Lead and Deputy Lead Minister, House of Praise is responsible for;
- Leads partners in KGA into the time of praise and worship in line with the vision of the meeting
- Is the minstrel for all internal KGA events unless otherwise stated
- Writes songs as inspired by the Spirit
- Serves as backup minstrels in events where external music ministers are invited
Deputy Director
In consultation with the Director of Projects, provide oversight to Projects Directorate’s functional leaders to ensure;
- Seamless execution of a project from start to finish in line with the unique vision of each meeting
- Creation of a detailed Event/Project Management Plan in line with the vision of each KGA event
- Effective and excellent service delivery from vendors
- Effective cost management (sourcing quotes to ensure we get a good deal) for all KGA events
- Effective and prompt challenge management
- Seamless interactions with other Directorates in relation to KGA events
