- Creates a structured process of learning, preparation, and transition into the KGA partnership
- Provides a unifying understanding of fundamental principles of the Word and Spirit of Faith, upon which the ministry (KGA) is based.
- Provides a seamless transition into KGA families and work units.

- Have a burden for intercession
- Are grouped to intercede according to 6 pillars of intercession
- Pray behind the scenes for KGA as a ministry and its partners as individuals.

- Ensures that KGA has a door within campus communities by collaborating with key stakeholders on campus.
- Creates discipleship plans that are suitable for students on campus
- Partners and collaborates with stakeholders on campus to host campus outreach programs
