Kingdom Councils

The central role of this division is to deploy specific spiritual strategies and execute intercession-driven interventions that will advance God's purposes and shine the light where there has been a reign of darkness. We operate under the key anchor scripture - Matthew 16:17-19

Job Description

This is a summary of what you will be required to do

All Lead Council Catalysts

All lead council catalysts will be responsible for;

Effectively manage communications within the Syndicate in consultation with the assistant catalyst
Prayerfully establish an Executive Team/Inner working party for their syndicate
Ensure intercession occurs within the syndicate
Steer the council/syndicate executive team/inner working party towards making a project-based decision for the syndicate
Create a project management plan in consultation with the syndicate executive team
Attend forthnightly project review meetings with the Director to provide pertinent updates regarding the progress of the project
In consultation with the Director and on approval from leadership, engage subject matter experts/consultants that can upskill or provide advise to the Syndicate in relation to projects that they are executing
Ensure there is a lessons learnt meeting after a project has been effectively executed

All Assistant Council Catalysts

All Assistant council catalysts will;

Provide support to the Lead Catalyst of the Syndicate
In consultation with the Lead Catalyst, ensure 100% connectivity of members of the syndicate by communicating meeting times, project requirements etc
Create an intercessory schedule for the syndicate in consultation with the Lead Catalyst
In consultation with the Lead Catalyst and the executive team, create a "playbook" which communicates to the house, the project that will be executed by the Syndicate
Document minutes of the meetings with the executive team within the syndicate and submit to the Director
Attend forthnightly project review meetings with the Director to provide pertinent updates
In consultation with the Lead Catalyst, create a project close out report and submit to the Director

Operational means this is not a part of the project to be deployed

Gospel Partnerships and Fundraising

Be the point of contact (in consultation with KGA Administration Directorate) for consultants and organisations that a syndicate might want to partner with
Communicate with consultants/organisations in an efficient way
Manage the Directorate's official email address (if required)
Provide expert advise in relation to fundraising ideas raised by the syndicates
Ensure that any partnerships are with individuals/organisations that mirror the KGA vision/mission
