This can either be run via the family unit or regional unit
Family
Family partners are usually placed in cell-based systems which are facilitated by Family heads.
In order to be placed in a family, you need to have successfully completed the KGA New Partners Induction. You also have to opt to be a family partner.
The family system facilitates;
- A culture of love, sisterhood and belonging amongst all KGA partners.
- Accountability of what’s going on with every single family partner at every given time.
- Building friendships that last
Spiritual Discipleship
KGA runs a structured spiritual discipleship system via the family system.
You can expect the following to occur within your family rooms;
- Family hangouts (either virtually or physically)
- Family Bible studies and book reviews
- Family prayer meetings
