The Young Ministers Convention is a special segment of the Kingdom Leadership Convention 2025 (December 4–6), holding on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, as a catalytic gathering for young ministers, emerging Kingdom leaders, campus pastors, and ministry stewards.
It is also specially dedicated to younger sons, daughters, disciples and partners at KGA, who are commissioned to stand with DDK and the ministry; especially within the ages of 21 to 30 years old. This is an important preparation to strengthen their faith, focus and fortitude in spiritual things.
This year’s Young Ministers Convention will immerse you in the revelation of God’s Great Grace, unveiling the divine empowerment that raises emerging voices in the Body of Christ for purpose, purity, and pursuit in ministry. It will focus on establishing young leaders in the doctrines of Christ, protocols of effective ministry, and patterns of spiritual maturity that produce enduring effectiveness, impact and legacy.
Strengthen the next generation of ministers with sound doctrine, apostolic impartation, and mentorship
Activate spiritual gifts and ordinations, leading to divine commissioning and empowerment for more effective ministry work.
Create a platform for intergenerational transfer by connecting emerging leaders to forerunners and mentors in the faith.
Reinforce continuity and succession in the work of ministry through deliberate discipleship and awakening a pipeline of future leaders in KGA as well as within the Body of Christ.
Integrate spiritual and digital learning pathways for ongoing growth through the Young Ministers Course and PD’s array of Courses within the FIREBRAND Bible School Learning Platform.
